Aprirose Trading Limited has roots in real estate. Our parent company, Aprirose Real Estate, is a commercial property management company established in 1996, with an investment portfolio in excess of US$ 2 billion. The trading arm was founded in 2001, with headquarters in London.
Over the past two decades, Aprirose Trading Limited has developed deep ties and expertise with supplying products to Europe, Africa and Asia. We have penetrated new markets that were traditionally undersupplied, with a wider range of products and faster shipments.
Today, Aprirose Trading Limited is a leading supplier of industrial chemicals and polymers across markets in Europe, Asia and Africa. We have a strong base of over 500 customers that is continuously growing. Our customers range from small family-run operations to large corporations in the plastics, soap and detergent industries.
The company has grown steadily since inception from 6 thousand tonnes in 2002, to over 60 thousand tonnes in 2019, with a majority of the growth coming though expansion into new markets. Our vision is to be a 100-million-dollar turnover company by 2021.

Anti-bribery and corruption policy statement

We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and
relationships wherever we operate.

6. Facilitation Payments and Kickbacks
b. If you are asked to make a payment on behalf of the Aprirose Trading Limited, you should always be mindful of what the payment is for and whether the amount requested is proportionate to the goods or services provided. You should always ask for a receipt which details the reason for the payment.
c. Any transactions in contracts and documentation must be recorded so that there is never any attempt to hide the way a contract will work.

The Sustainability Policy outlines our commitments related to environmental, social, and governance issues. Aprirose’s sustainability program aims to:
1) Reduce, mitigate, and manage sustainability risks and impacts, and
2) Create meaningful environmental, economic, and social value for stakeholders through education and awareness, community investment, people development, strategic alliances and partnerships for collaborative action, and business opportunities that support climate, ecosystem, and circular economy objectives.
We focus our efforts on:

We use the term corporate “sustainability” to refer to our company’s delivery of long-term value in financial, environmental, social and ethical terms (see UN Global Compact). This policy also addresses social responsibility (based on ISO 26000) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks. RESPONSIBILITIES All employees are responsible for abiding by this policy and helping Aprirose become a more sustainable company, contributing to a more circular, net zero, and inclusive economy.
